Some of my personal favourites so far from the sketchbook project :). Since it’s a little more than halfway through, I thought it’d be nice to put them together and explain what this project is, since I’ve had a few people who asked me already.
Basically this is something organized by one of my friends in China, where a bunch of us from all over the world draw something every day and post it online. If you’re interested in checking the actual project out, here it is (it’s a chinese site though). It’s really an anything-goes project as long as we keep it to one sketchbook. So I chose this opportunity to put out some of the ideas I’ve had, and to work with more traditional materials, since I hadn’t had an opportunity to do so for years now. Anyone can join at any time or drop out at any time, although it’s best if we kept to the 90 days as much as possible.
This project started on April 1st (I posted every day except for the first day where I really don’t like the drawing I did for that day xD; ) and goes for 90 days. Today’s sort of a halfway point, so I wanted to gather my favourites together :).
